MOVE: Encourage enjoyable physical activity away from desks, screens and normal workplace routines.
RESET: Create protected time to mentally switch attention away from everyday work demands.
CONNECT: Encourage positive social interaction between colleagues outside their usual roles and workplace hierarchy.
ACHIEVE: Give participants the opportunity to learn something new and experience personal progress, from putting on skates for the first time to learning a new line dance.
BELONG: An environment where skating ability does not determine whether someone can participate.
