Service Description
BEGINNERS ➢ Technique of getting on and off pavements safely ➢ Manuals ➢ Pivots ➢ Transition from forwards to backwards (and back again). ➢ How to spin. ➢ How to jump on your skates safely. ➢ Basic dance sequence ➢ Stretches to prevent injuries ● Own skates are required and full protective kit must be worn at all times while skating ● A waiver must be signed before taking part in any activities. (Legal Guardians must sign for under 18s) ● Individuals under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult ● We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises for not showing respect and due care to others.
