FREE THERAPEUTIC SKATE PROGRAMME; Move. Connect. Build Confidence.
A supportive adult programme using the joy of roller skating to help people become more active, develop new skills, build confidence and create meaningful social connections.
This free 6 session therapeutic roller skating programme has been designed to support wellbeing, confidence and connection in a fun and supportive environment. This programme is completely free for people living in Haringey. The programme includes skate hire with no cost, so you can simply turn up and take part. Whether you are completely new to skating or looking to build confidence, our guided sessions offer a positive space to move, connect and feel empowered.
